Ambassador (Mrs) Jennifer Lartey is a Senior Associate at Sage and Kush Legal Consult. After her GCE Ordinary and Advanced level at Mfantsiman Girls Secondary School, Mrs Lartey proceeded to the University of Ghana in 1986, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English and Linguistics.  In 2000, she pursued a Master’s degree graduating with a Master’s in Business Administration.

Mrs. Lartey begun her dream of joining the legal fraternity at the University of London (UK), obtaining an LLB.  Subsequently, she was called to the Ghana Bar after completing her a Barrister–at-law (BL) Certificate Program from the Ghana School of Law. She also holds an LLM in International Arbitration from the University of Law.

She possesses a very rich resume. She spent most of her working life as a career diplomat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs where she rose through the ranks and was posted to Ghana’s Missions in Washington DC and New Delhi. From 2019 to 2024, she served as Ghana’s Ambassador to Norway with current accreditation to Finland and Iceland.

Until her retirement in 2025, she was the Acting Coordinating Director, Policy, Political & Economic Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
